Accent test

What do you guys think? Do I have an accent?

My favorite thing this week.

So yesterday my friend Kerry posted this on her fb page. I DIED. I mean seriously? Cried my eyes out. The ugly cry too.

I don't want to tell you how many times I've watched it, but I'm obsessed. Watch it. Cry. Go bitch at your significant other that he's not romantic. Oh! Is that just me? Whoops....

Anywhoo, tomorrow starts my new diet of no sugar (except for fruit and booze) and no breads (except multigrain) and starches. So if I seem uber bitchy this next month, that is why. Have a great weekend girls! I'm doing more Halloween decorating tomorrow!

day14 and 15 of a blog slacker.

Day 14: What did I want to be when I grew up? What am I now?

I changed what I wanted to be daily when I was growing up. Doctor, lawyer, teacher, movie star, president (that is a whole nother blog post). If I hadn't had the boys I would have done interior design. I LOVE decorating. I've worked since I was 15. I started in retail, then the movie theater then a gym, then waitress. I loved waiting tables. There were days when I defiantly wanted to burn the place down but for the most part it was great. I've worked at Mimi's Cafe, Red Robin, BJs, Stacks, TGI Fridays, Kuleto's, The Grand Cafe, Rain Forrest Cafe, and Sneakers. I miss Fridays, that place was great.

Right now I'm a stay at home Mommy. I miss work, but I know if I went back to waiting tables I would just walk out. I'm hoping to take some classes next fall. Eventually I'll figure it out.

Day 15:Highs and Lows of this past month:

Lows-Nothing too major. Just normal kid stuff, not listening, potty accidents. Brannan worked alot this month which is great but not b/c we miss him.

Highs-Seeing lots of family and friends this month. All my shows came back on. Ryan's teeth are coming in and he is trying new food. Jack started preschool and is making new friends. Weve had a pretty good month and I'm looking forward to October, were going to Disneyland! Yay!!!

I had so much fun with this challenge, even if I missed a few days. Make sure you head on over to Sar's blog and check her out!

Yummy Wednesday!

{1} What is one thing (food or drink) that you MUST have everyday?
Water, for obvious reasons. I don't HAVE to have it everyday but I eat butter everyday. Not by itself but on or in something. Mmmm butter...

{2} What is your "go to" food when you don't feel well/need comfort?
Hot cheetos and cream cheese. It's life changing. All the flavor of the hot cheeto with none of the heat. Make sure you get the whipped cc though.

{3} Is there a dish that you make that people request when they visit your home/a family favorite?
Any form of desert. I like to bake and my Papa's chicken. It's off the hook.

{4} What are 3 foods you have TRIED, do not like and will NEVER eat again?
Anytime of macaroni/potato/cold pasta salad. I'm gagging just thinking about it. Brannan is part Filipino and his family makes this purple desert thingy. It's got good flavor but the texture reminds me of poop. And split pea soup. Why ruin ham?

{5} What's one thing that you love to eat that most people would think is weird and/or gross??
Pickles. All day everyday. They're delicious and crunchy and sour. Except NY style pickles. O.M.G what have they done to the pickle?! Nasty.

12 & 13

Day 12, bullet point my whole day. I'm going to do yesterday since that was day 12.

-Woke up at 5am. I have ALOT of hair and wanted to look cute for the big game

-Got the kids ready around 6:30 and slowly got out the door to drop them off at my parents house.

-After we dropped them off we went back to the house to get our cell phones. We are not morning people.

-Made it to our meeting point and started to head to the coliseum.

-Waited in line for like an hour and a half to be let into the park.

-around 9:30/10 we started drinking.

-We got into the park a little before 2. Oakland Coliseum is so freaking unorganized. Men must be in charge.

-Watched the game

-Hung out in the parking lot until 5ish then headed for home

-Got the kids and Taco bell and went home to eat.

-Relaxed until 8 and put the kids to bed

-Got in bed with my honey and Ryan who wanted to cuddle.

-Watched my shows and snuggled with Ryan.

-Sleep.

It was a loooooooooooong day.

Day 13, If I could tell my 15 year old self something what would it be:

DO YOUR HOMEWORK! GET A TUTOR! DO GOOD IN SCHOOL YOU IDIOT!

Seriously, I would. I regret not going to college and having that experience. I would be done with college now if I hadn't been such a slacker.

Also I would tell myself to not get involved with a certain boy. That time was a good life lesson but I don't know if it was worth it.

Raider Nation.

Hi all! So yesterday we went to the home opener for the Oakland Raiders. I went last year when I was pregnant with Ryan and had a good time but this year I had a REALLY good time aka jello shot :) I'm not much of a football fan but it was still fun. We were with a really good group, everyone shared and was joking, there were no fights (that I saw), the only bad thing was the port o potty line. Yuck. I have a fear of them. I literally had to give myself a pep talk. We won! 34-24! Woo hoo! Hopefully they keep it up and chill out on the unnecessary roughness. Below are some pictures of me and the girls, we were responsible for slurping 40? of the 60something jello shots I made. I think it shows hehehehe.

We stopped on the way home to get cash for the bridge and saw a homeless man, he couldn't have been more than 21. He had a dog with him and a sign that said how hungry they were. I don't like to give money, but we had short ribs leftover so Brannan put them in a bag and grabbed some waters. He turned us down. I couldn't believe it. I'm still upset. There are people all over the city/state/country/world that are starving and you're lying about being hungry?! I can't believe it. Hopefully the next time I offer someone food and water they will happily accept it.

Anyway, I'm working on my fall decorating and will be doing a post on it this week. Stay tuned and have a great day!

Happy Monday!

Hi ya'll! I'll be doing another post later in the day, but forst I want to share this with you!
